Prices were very very reasonable, customer service was outstanding. They refilled all tires including the spare and I even messaged letting them know one tire was low and they said bring it in and we will check to make sure it is good. Highly recommend

First time using EMGs service and was definitely happy with their timely service and fair pricing. Went in for brake service and the rear brakes still had life on them so only the fronts needed to be done. I’m sure other places would have pushed to get all the brakes serviced. I appreciate the honesty of EMG Automotive. The staff was also courteous and kept me in the loop as my service was being done. Will definitely utilize their services again when needed.

My car broke down on i290, 50 minutes North of where I live, and this was the nearest shop to tow to. I have had SO many negative experiences with repair shops, but I was more than pleasantly surprised by this place. Excellent communication throughout the whole process, and more than fair pricing (which i GREATLY appreciate!). They were also very understanding of my situation and were super accommodating... more so than I truly believe other repair shops would have been, given the situation. The diagnosis on the invoice was extremely thorough, which was appreciated and at pick up, I felt like they went above and beyond for me. Thanks again for everything!
